Local-first by design
Browser storage keeps your active resume project and version history on this device. Source files can be retained in IndexedDB for re-import. Clearing site data removes local projects.
You can export PDF, DOCX, TXT, JSON, cover letter PDF, or an application package ZIP without a watermark or payment wall.
Optional cloud and AI features
Some features—such as optional AI-assisted extraction or cloud match—only run when you opt in. When disabled, analysis stays on local heuristics.
Cloud autosave, if enabled, syncs the project you choose to keep online. You can turn it off from Export.
Site-wide privacy policy
This page explains resume-tool behavior. The Utilnivo Privacy Policy remains the legal baseline for the site, cookies, and account features.
Limitations
- No online tool can eliminate every risk—use caution with sensitive personal data in any resume.
- Browser extensions or device malware are outside Utilnivo’s control.
