Evidence-grounded by default
Suggestions may rephrase verified bullets, highlight gaps, or propose safer wording. They must not invent employers, titles, metrics, certifications, or clearances you did not provide.
Match recovery and cover-letter seeding pull from existing experience bullets and confirmed answers. Tone modes change framing—not fabricated achievements.
Accept, Edit, Reject
Recommendation cards and AI panels use a consistent review pattern: see the reason, optional before/after, then Accept, Edit, or Reject. Accepted edits can be recorded on Application versions.
Grammar corrections that are marked safe to apply still require your review when material claims appear.
Claim safety gates
Material claims (numbers, leadership verbs, certifications, clearances, and similar) are checked against the resume. Unsupported claims surface in Optimize and Cover Letter insights and can block packaging.
Limitations
- Optional cloud AI features may send content you opt in to process; local editing and export remain available without them.
- AI output can still be wrong about tone or emphasis—always review before applying or exporting.
