What the ATS parser preview shows
The ATS parser preview lists fields a typical system may extract from your structured resume—name, contact, titles, dates, skills, education, and section headings. Present/missing/weak statuses help you fix gaps before export.
Plain-text ATS views approximate what remains when layout is stripped. They are educational, not a certification of any employer’s parser.
Taxonomy and aliases
Matching uses a versioned taxonomy with canonical names, categories, aliases, related terms, and domains. Boundary-aware, case-insensitive patterns normalize variants such as ReactJS, SpringBoot, K8s, LWC, and SFDX.
Aliases must be genuine spelling or acronym variants. Related terms never imply false equivalence—shared domains alone are not enough to claim related experience.
Practical ATS-safe habits
Prefer single-column, text-based layouts; standard section titles; and metrics only when you can verify them. Avoid text locked in images without OCR, and review claim-safety findings before packaging.
Limitations
- No research page can cover every ATS vendor or configuration.
- Taxonomy updates ship with the analysis service; UI labels may lag slightly after taxonomy version bumps.
