Overview

Utilnivo("we," "us," or "our") operates utilnivo.com as a free publisher of online tools, calculators, games, workflows, and informational guides. This Privacy Policy explains what information we process, how we use it, and the choices available to you. We design many tools to run locally in your browser so that your inputs never leave your device unless a specific tool page states otherwise.

By using the site, you agree to the practices described here and in our Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the site.

Information we collect

The categories of information we may process depend on how you interact with Utilnivo:

• Tool and game inputs. Text, numbers, files, and settings you enter into calculators, converters, PDF tools, image tools, developer utilities, and games. Many tools process this data entirely on your device.
• Local storage and preferences. Theme choice, cookie consent selection, favorites, game progress, and similar settings stored in your browser via localStorage or sessionStorage.
• Usage and analytics data.If you choose "Accept all" when the cookie banner is shown, we may collect aggregated page views, referral sources, device type, and general interaction events through Google Analytics. When the banner is hidden during review or you choose Essential only, analytics does not load.
• Advertising data. Optional advertising cookies load only after you accept all on the cookie banner. When the banner is hidden or you decline optional cookies, Google AdSense ad units do not render even though the site may include the AdSense verification snippet required for publisher review.
• Communications. If you email us, we receive your email address, message content, and any attachments you choose to send.
• Server and security logs. Our hosting provider may record IP address, user agent, request path, and timestamp for security, abuse prevention, and reliability.

Local-first processing

A large portion of Utilnivo is built to minimize data collection. Finance calculators, text utilities, many developer tools, and several image helpers execute in your browser without transmitting your inputs to our servers. Each tool page includes a processing notice that states whether work stays on-device or requires upload.

When server processing is required—for example, certain PDF conversions or bulk image compression—files are handled according to the retention period described on that tool page. We do not use uploaded files to train models or build marketing profiles unless a specific product feature states otherwise.

Cookies, Consent Mode, and Google services

We use essential storage to remember your cookie preference. Optional analytics and advertising technologies load only after you select "Accept all" on our consent banner, or if you previously saved that choice in localStorage.

We implement Google Consent Mode v2. By default, ad storage, ad user data, ad personalization, and analytics storage are denied until you grant consent. If you choose "Essential only," those categories remain denied.

When permitted by your consent, we may use Google Analytics to understand aggregate traffic patterns and Google AdSense to display advertisements that help fund the free site. We do not sell your personal information. We do not use finance calculator inputs or uploaded documents for targeted advertising profiles.

Data retention

Cookie consent choices persist in your browser until you clear site data or change your selection. Local game progress and tool preferences remain on your device until you delete them. Server logs and uploaded files, when applicable, are retained only as long as needed for processing, security, or the period stated on the relevant tool page. Email correspondence is kept as long as reasonably necessary to resolve your inquiry and maintain an audit trail of corrections.

Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain processing of personal information, or to object to processing and withdraw consent.

Cookie choices: Use the consent banner or clear localStorage for this site to reset preferences. You can also block cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not function as intended.

California residents (CCPA/CPRA): You may request disclosure of categories of personal information collected, request deletion of personal information we maintain about you, and opt out of sale or sharing where applicable. We do not sell personal information as defined by California law.

EEA, UK, and Swiss residents (GDPR): Our lawful bases include consent (analytics and advertising cookies), legitimate interests (security, site improvement, responding to inquiries), and compliance with legal obligations. You may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
