Browser-based
Upload a PDF and pick a target size preset. The file is compressed on a secure worker and compared against your KB goal so you can hit email or upload limits.
How to use this tool
Choose a target size preset, upload your PDF, and start compression. Download the smaller file when processing completes and review whether the output meets your size goal.
Worked example
Example: a scanned two-page PDF may reach 200 KB with strong compression, while a text-only resume might already be under 100 KB before compression.
How it works
Upload a PDF, pick a target size (100 KB, 200 KB, or 500 KB), and compress via the same secure server pipeline as our standard PDF compressor. The result shows actual file size versus your target and notes when the target cannot be reached.
Limitations
Compressed files are stored temporarily and deleted automatically. Results depend on PDF content; scanned pages may not reach aggressive targets.
Privacy and file handling
Your data is processed in your browser and is not uploaded to our server.
