Privacy

Compressed recording chunks are kept on this device until their upload succeeds and are stored in your Utilnivo account as recording continues. Live PCM is processed as it arrives when live transcription is enabled. Finalization temporarily sends audio to the speech service, which deletes temporary objects after processing. Summaries send the transcript to Cloudflare Workers AI and save the result with the conversation.

Recording and sync help

Before recording

Confirm that recording is permitted and that everyone who needs to consent has done so. Allow microphone access when your browser asks. Keep this page open and your device awake throughout the recording. Closing the page during an active recording can lose audio that has not yet been stopped and saved.

Saving and recovery

Press Stop when you finish. Completed recordings awaiting upload stay on this device so you can retry after a connection problem. If an upload fails, use Retry save after signing in, or Download audio to keep your own copy. Removing a local recovery copy does not delete a conversation already stored in your account. Avoid clearing browser storage while an upload is pending.

Live and final transcripts

The optional live transcript shows words as you speak. Finalization processes the saved audio and can add speaker labels and clickable timestamps when available. When you choose Summarize, Utilnivo categorizes decisions, questions, knowledge, and editable action items. Speech recognition and AI summaries can make mistakes, especially with overlapping voices or background noise, so review important details against the recording.

Your conversation history

Sign in to see conversations saved to your account. Play a recording, finalize its transcript, or delete it from the grid. Use the page controls to browse five items at a time and Load older conversations to retrieve more history. Keep a downloaded copy when you need an independent backup.
