Build interactive spin wheels for classrooms, giveaways, parties, teams, decisions, and livestreams. Supports multiple wheels, weighted entries, elimination mode, confetti, optional Web Audio sound, local saved lists, shareable URL links, custom themes, result history, team creation, classroom presentation, and OBS-compatible presentation links.
The Advanced Spin Wheel is built for interactive selection workflows that need more than a basic picker. It supports weighted probabilities, multiple wheels, elimination, saved browser lists, shareable URL payloads, classroom projection, team creation, and a clean OBS-style presentation link.
Weighted selection is calculated before the animation starts. The visual wheel can either show probability-sized slices or equal slices with weighted selection disclosed in the controls. The reported winner and wheel landing are kept in sync.
Local saved lists stay in your browser storage. URL-only sharing encodes the wheel configuration in the link, so avoid placing private student or participant data in share links.
How to use this tool
Choose a template or paste entries, adjust weights or elimination settings if needed, then press Spin. Use the side panel for multiple wheels, themes, saved lists, team creation, history export, and presentation modes. Wheel contents stay local unless you copy a share URL or export JSON.
Worked example
A teacher pastes 24 student names, sets classroom mode, enables disable-winner elimination, and spins after each question. Each selected student is shown as a large result, then disabled so the same student is not picked again until eliminations are reset.
When to use this
- Select students, winners, tasks, prizes, chores, study topics, or meeting presenters.
- Run repeated draws with elimination so winners are not picked twice.
- Prepare a clean classroom or OBS presentation view without exposing the editing panel.

Common mistakes
- Using weighted entries while expecting equal odds. Check the probability column before spinning.
- Sharing names in a URL when privacy matters. Export locally or anonymize entries first.
- Assuming random classroom tools are suitable for regulated lotteries. This tool is not certified for regulated draws.
How it works
Create one or more wheels, add entries with optional weights, then spin with a preselected secure result and an animation that lands on that result. Elimination mode, teams, history, local saves, share links, classroom mode, and OBS presentation links run in the browser.
Limitations
Results are based on the inputs you provide and may not cover every edge case. This tool is for general use and is not professional advice.

Frequently asked questions
Can I use weighted entries?
Yes. Each entry can have a weight from 0.1 to 1000, and the tool shows probability percentages before you spin.
Does elimination mode prevent repeat winners?
Yes. You can disable or remove winners after each spin, reset eliminated entries, and undo the last elimination.
Are my saved wheel lists private?
Guest saved lists stay in local browser storage. URL share links contain the wheel contents, so avoid sharing private names publicly.
Can I use it in OBS or a classroom projector?
Yes. The tool includes classroom mode and a clean presentation route designed for OBS Browser Source setups.
